There are strong indications that the Oniba of
Iba in Lagos, south-west Nigeria, Oba Yushau Oseni, returned from the kidnapper’s
den, Friday, July 29.
Oseni was abducted July
16, when unknown kidnappers stormed his palace at Iba local government area in
Lagos and allegedly shot dead his private security guard and injured his wife.
However, unconfirmed report has it that family
members of the Lagos monarch allegedly paid N10million as ransom to the unknown
abductors.
Our correspondent
recalled that the kidnappers, who kidnapped the monarch July 16, demanded for
N500million ransom when they established phone contact with the family of
Oseni.
