Physical
activities are good for your health. These activities help the blood to flow
easily to and fro all parts of your body.
Some of the physical
activities you know are: walking, jogging and running, dancing, playing, etc.
But, after
your first heart attack, it is advisable to do lots and lots of physical activities
in other to prevent a recurrence, or outrightly stop the attack.
Also, deep
breathing, especially first thing in the morning, after waking up from sleep
has positive effects on your overall well being.
It cleanses
up your system, ensuring that oxygen
flows to all parts of your body to keep you alive and kicking.
