    DSS tracked 2 top Boko Haram members while attempting to join the army



     Operatives of the Department of State Services (DSS) have arrested 2 top members of the Boko Haram sect in Kano, who attempted to penetrate the security agencies through being recruited into the Nigerian Army.
    Tony Opuiyo, DSS image maker identified the suspects as: Ibrahim Abubakar and Idris Audu, alias Aya.
    According to Opuiyo, Audu was an IED specialist who was being groomed to penetrate security agencies in the country.
    He has already perfected plans to seek for recruitment into the next recruitment scheme of the Nigerian Army before his arrest.

    He said the service carried out other operations leading to the arrest of some suspects in Kano, Abia, Abuja, Benue, Benin and Imo.
