Troops of the 3 division of the
Nigerian Army, based on a tip-off, on Thursday dismantled a fuel dump belonging
to the Boko Haram sect at Guzamala local government area of Bornu state, north-east
Nigeria.
The terrorists earlier abducted 7
persons in Gajabere, among whom were 3 local wards heads and the chief imam of
the town.
Colonel
Sani Kukasheka Usman, acting director, Army public relations
says the troops are intensifying efforts to identify and neutralize all Boko
Haram logistic bases to further constrict the terrorists and hasten their total
defeat.
