How true is this storyline? That
a popular food canteen in Uyo, Akwa Ibom state uses water used in washing
corpses and juju to cook food for members of the public to eat?
One Gabriel Ufot, a facebook subscriber raised the alarm yesterday.
He alleged that the owner of the
canteen known as EKA UDO, located along AKA ROAD in Akwa Ibom state,
south-south Nigeria confessed December 29 to the incident.
According to the post, the canteen
is patronized by the high and mighty in our society and the undisclosed owner
of the eating joint recently offered free food, probably cooked with water of
corpses and juju and drinks to members of the public.
But, Ufot failed in his post to
tell the world whether the incident has been reported to the police and who the
owner of the canteen the confession to.
Was a qualified nutritionist or
medical doctor contacted to certify these claims?
But, if it is true, then the
police in Akwa Ibom state should be interested in this case.
