uncompromising.Iloh told our correspondent on Saturday the reasons retired Major-General Muhammed Buhari who is aspiring to unseat President Goodluck Jonathan as president of Nigeria next month should be voted into power by Nigerians.
Goodluck Jonathan Vs Muhammed Buhari
When Major General Muhammed Buhari ruled Nigeria briefly as military head of state, there was discipline and orderliness in the country.
There were no major reported cases of monumental corruption and looting of our collective treasury.
It was corrupt soldiers that overthrew Buhari because they were not comfortable with his no-nonsense style of governance.
This is the kind of leader Nigerians, who desire to see the country move forward that, should be voted into power.
As far as I am concerned the Buhari/Osinbajo APC ticket is a divine arrangement from God to change this country for the better.
You see, when we Christians pray for what we want, God truly knows what we actually need and He will give it to us.
If the Buhari/Osinbajo ticket comes on board come next month, I can tell you confidently that most corrupt retired military or civilian leaders in the country will flee the next moment.
This is why the Ibrahim Babangidas of this country could be doing everything under the sun to frustrate the presidential ambition of Buhari.
The Goodluck Jonathan regime on the other hand is a protagonist for corruption. The other day during his re-election rally in Lagos, the president said that Henry Okah planned to kill him.
Years back, it was the same Jonathan that told the world when MEND bombed parts of Aso Rock in Abuja that MEND members were not involved in the bombing. This is a clear double speak.
The Jonathan we know today as president is different from the same Jonathan as lecturer. His regime is saddled with monumental fraud and corruption.
You see corruption is not stealing money alone. It is also a situation where our leaders worship mammon, vampires, money, political positions, and connections.
The Christendom has changed from bad to worst in recent times. Pastors and religious leaders now worship money and fraternize with corrupt political leaders in the name of wealth, power and fame. These are some of the reasons we must vote to change Nigeria for good next month.
