ABINAT transforms to ATI over global investments

The Association of Businesspeople and Investors of Nigeria and Turkey (ABINAT) has transformed to Association of Traders and Industrialists in West Africa (ATI).

Mehmet Ozleyen, director of ABINAT told our correspondent that the former name and logo of the association seems to investments to Nigerian and Turkey only.

His words: “Business people and investors are always coming from all over the world, thus a need for a more elaborate name that can encompass all the businesspeople and investors all over the world.”

He further explained that people are always thinking ABINAT is from the government of Turkey, which is not so.

We are a non-government and profit- making organization with the aim of promoting and encouraging business, investment and trade in Nigeria and all over the world, thus a need for a change in name.

Nonetheless, nothing has change in our aims, mission and vision...It is still the same way we work , hold seminars, forums , trips all over the world...only the name has change, he said.
